How the membership works


When signing up, you choose the level to suit you best.

We require a month's notice to finish your membership and there are no obligations here. If your not feeling it anymore, you can just email us and we will cancel your payment 

As soon as you sign up, you will receive access to the FB group, the telegram chat and the Kajabi platform. You will also be sent an online questionnaire to fill out

At whatever point you join you will have access to all previous months content on the online portal.

MEET HANNAH

"Hey! I’m Hannah, founder of Athletic Approach & GluteCamp :)) 

A complete lover of all things sport, strength training & women's health!! I am currently a Masters student at St Marys studying Strength and Conditioning Science with over 7  years experience in S&C coaching. 


My mission is to not only help athletes reach their optimal performance levels - but to help ladies feel good about themselves, gain confidence in their health and go after things in life that make them happy! I have won multiple sprinting competitions which required years of hard work and commitment, but it didn't make me happy!?

In recent years I've fallen in love with being strong spiritually, mentally and physically whilst developing a healthier relationship with food and my body image as a result. 

Strength training as part of the Women's Wellness Collective will require consistency, education and effectively applying progressive overload - having said that Grace & I want to provide a safe space for ladies to learn how to build a healthy relationship with nutrition, work alongside their menstrual cycles and know what their bodies are capable of. 


I hope to become someone who you can relate, and form a bond with and trust that I will give 110% effort in assisting you to reach your wellness goals and be here to answer every question you may have."

I first started working with Grace in 2017 when I was obese, newly divorced and a completely burnt out working single mother. My journey with Grace started purely around nutrition, to be honest all I wanted was to loose weight so someone would want to be with me again (lol), but this wasn't a weight loss programme, it never even felt like a diet! It completely changed my relationship with food and my body, her expertise and amazing guidance helped me to stop demonising foods and in turn, myself. Not only did I loose more than 2 stone, I have kept this lifestyle up for years, this is just me now. I cant recommend Grace highly enough, she has helped me learn to love myself, working with Grace will be the best investment you will ever make - just do it!
